Creative Content Group is the brainchild of Goloka Bolte, a two-time Emmy® winning supervising casting director with 20 years of experience in the entertainment business. She launched CCG to focus on premium casting services, in addition to developing talent, concepts, and creative partnerships.

The casting arm of Creative Content Group is a global unscripted TV casting machine with nearly 200 projects successfully completed in the last eight years alone. With satellite casting teams around the US, as well as in the UK, Spain, France, Israel, Mexico, Brazil, Japan, Germany and Australia, we can take on projects of any size, worldwide, and make the process seamless for our clients, from concept to completion.

Whether you need authentic stories for newsworthy television events like the mass “Same Love” wedding with Madonna at The Grammys, off-the-grid characters for Swamp People, nation or worldwide searches for talent, high-volume talent producing for game shows like Let’s Make a Deal, or “needle-in-a-haystack” stories, CCG’s mission is always to deliver the perfect cast.

Founder

Goloka started out at the age of 19 as an entrepreneur, launching and running an international luxury travel company. Her first foray into unscripted production was in 2003, when she was hired for season 2 of FOX’s mega-hit reality series Joe Millionaire. She’s since been nominated for 7 Emmy and 4 CSA Artios Awards. She won the Primetime Emmy® Award for Outstanding Casting for a Reality Program for her work on RuPaul’s Drag Race in both 2020 and 2021, and won the CSA Artios award in 2023 and 2024.

Goloka is a storyteller and producer who is constantly finding innovative ways of unearthing undiscovered characters and telling their stories. Whether supervising major network game shows, crafting complex and exciting sizzles, or working directly with network executives to develop new series, Goloka’s versatility, and eye for talent are unmistakable. You’ll see her work on a multitude of hit series and programs, including RuPaul’s Drag Race, Say I Do on Netflix, The Grammy Awards, the Million Dollar Listing franchise, The Real Housewives of OC & New Jersey, Let’s Make a Deal, Millionaire Matchmaker, MasterChef, Haute Dog, FBoy Island, The Real Magic Mike and many more.

Outside of her work in television, she is an avid supporter of civil rights, social justice, and caring for the environment, as well as an occasional artist, and graphic and interior designer. She currently lives in Venice, CA and is stage mom to an ill-tempered but adorable Shihpoo, Ozzie, and his pesky little brother Manchego. Follow their adventures here.
