Purpose
This Privacy Policy tells you about how Creative Content Group LLC, (“Creative Content Group” or “We” or “we”) uses and protects your personal information. Creative Content Group is committed to your right to privacy and to keeping your personal information private. When you respond to our linked application forms to request us to consider you for roles in our various projects, we collect certain information relating to you. The sections below describe what kind of information we collect and what we do with this information. Please read this entire Privacy Policy before completing your application form.
Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Creative Content Group and all of its affiliate companies and governs the URL www.CreativeContentTV.com. Creative Content Group professionals control the information about you described in this document. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle your personal information collected via the Site or entered by you in connection with your use of the Site. By accepting this Privacy Policy through use of the Site, you expressly consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is effective upon acceptance for new users and is otherwise effective on January 1st, 2021.
Data Collection
You can browse the Site without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. If you choose to provide us with personal information, you consent to the transfer and storage of that information to our servers located in the United States. When completing our application forms, we may ask you to provide us with certain categories of information such as: (1) personally identifiable information that could reasonably be used to identify you (such as your first and last name, email address, telephone number, mailing address and date of birth (collectively, “Personal Information”); and (2) demographic information, such as gender, age and citizenship (“Demographic Information”). Please be aware that we may retain any Personal Information and Demographic Information that you submit to us for as long as necessary, whether in connection with the program for which you are submitting an application form or in connection with other programs for which we believe you may be a good candidate to audition. Providing us with Personal Information and Demographic Information about you is completely voluntary. However, if you choose not to provide some or all of the requested Personal Information or Demographic Information this may prevent you from completing an application form and being able to register for an audition or casting call. We do not sell your application form responses to third parties. However, we may use third party vendors to perform certain services on our behalf, such as receiving and storing your Personal Information and Demographic Information in a database used in connection with program(s) that we may consider you for. We may provide these vendors with access to your Personal Information and Demographic Information in order to carry out the services that they are performing for you or for us. Anything that you disclose in your application form responses will, naturally, be provided to third parties for the purposes set forth above.
Additionally, your Personal Information and Demographic Information will be shared with production companies we work with as well as with television networks, online programming services, and any related parties in connection with our consideration of your participation on the program you’ve applied for. We also reserve the right to disclose and transfer all such information: (i) to similar persons (producers, etc.) associated with other programs for which we believe you may be a good candidate to audition: (ii) to a subsequent owner, co-owner or operator of the applicable third party vendor operating the applicable database containing your Personal Information and Demographic Information; or (iii) in connection with a merger, consolidation, restructuring or sale of substantially all of our interests and/or assets or other corporate change, including, during the course of any due diligence process. Under no circumstances will a fee or any other consideration be attached to the sharing of your Personal Information and/or Demographic Information with third parties.
Cookies
We do not use any methods to set, change, alter or modify settings or configurations on your personal computer, browser, laptop, tablet, mobile phone or other device such as “cookies”, web beacons, embedded scripts or ETags/entity tags. California Business & Professions Code Section 22575(b) (as amended) provides that California residents are entitled to know how Creative Content Group responds to “Do Not Track” browser settings. We do not currently take actions to respond to Do Not Track signals because a uniform technological standard has not yet been developed. We continue to review new technologies and may adopt a standard once one is created.
Use of Information
Creative Content Group uses your personal information obtained via the Site in the following ways:
- If you provide personal information in the course of completing an online application, we may contact you for the purpose of providing you with information about Creative Content Group, its products, or promotions. If you do not wish to be contacted directly by Creative Content Group to receive further information about Creative Content Group’s future projects, please contact us to unsubscribe from future notices or promotional announcements.
- We may use the personal information you provide us to contact you in response to any requests, complaints, or comments you may have about the Site or Creative Content Group. If you have elected to join our mailing list (see below), we may also use the information you have provided to us to contact you in the future regarding Creative Content Group. Except as specifically stated in this Privacy Policy, Creative Content Group does not use personal information for purposes other than the purpose for which the personal information is collected. Creative Content Group has developed and implemented policies and procedures that restrict the access and use of personal information based on the specific roles and duties of each member of the organization.
What Information about You Is Shared?
Except as described below, the Site does not collect or compile personal information for distribution to parties outside of Creative Content Group.
That said, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we may also disclose your Personal Information and Demographic Information if we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary or appropriate to: (i) protect or defend the rights, safety or property of Creative Content Group or third parties (including through the enforcement of this Privacy Policy and other applicable agreements and policies); or (ii) comply with legal and regulatory obligations (e.g., pursuant to law enforcement inquiries, subpoenas or court orders). Also, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we have complete discretion in electing to make (or not make) such disclosures, and to contest (or not contest) requests for such disclosures, all without notice to you.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We may combine your information with information we collect from other individuals and/or companies (such as demographic data) to improve and personalize our services. You will not receive any contact from third parties outside of Creative Content Group as a result of providing information to us.
Ways You Can Control the Information Collected about You
- Mailing List. When you submit an inquiry, request, complaint, or comment to the Site, you have the opportunity to join our mailing list. If at a later time you wish to change your participation in our mailing list, you can unsubscribe to the mailing list by emailing us at our contact page or using the unsubscribe list. You can opt-in to our mailing list via the link on the Site.
- Updating or Deleting Personal Information. You may request Creative Content Group to update your personal information collected via the Site or delete or correct personal information previously transmitted by you to Creative Content Group via the Site. You should be aware that it may not be technologically possible to remove, correct or verify each and every record of information you have provided to us from our system. The need to back-up our systems to protect information from inadvertent loss means that a copy of your personal information may exist in archived systems. However, after receiving your request, all personal information stored in databases we actively use and other readily searchable media will be updated, corrected, changed, deleted or confirmed to you, as appropriate, as soon as reasonably practicable. Creative Content Group will take all commercially reasonable steps to remove any personal information stored on our systems if you so request. Protection of Children’s Online Privacy on the Site
Creative Content Group understands the importance of protecting children’s privacy, especially in an online environment. The Site is not intentionally designed for or directed at children under 13 years of age. It is Creative Content Group’s policy to never knowingly collect or maintain information about individuals under age 13. We encourage parents and guardians to spend time with their children online and to be fully familiar with any online services used by their children. In the event that we become aware we have directly collected any Personal Information and/or Demographic Information from any child under 13 years of age, we will dispose of that information in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and other applicable laws and regulations. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that your child under the age of 13 has provided us with information without your consent, please contact us at info@CreativeContentTV.com, and we will take reasonable steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our files.

Security
Your information is stored on our servers located in the United States. We treat data as an asset that must be protected and we use industry standard tools to protect your personal information against unauthorized access and disclosure, including the use of physical access controls, Internet firewalls, intrusion detection, and network monitoring. However, no data transmission over the internet, mobile networks, wireless transmission or electronic storage of information can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Please note that since we cannot ensure the absolute security of any information you transmit to us, you will therefore be completing our application form and providing us with your Personal Information and Demographic Information at your own risk.
SPECIAL NOTICE TO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
As a California resident, you have certain rights under state law that relate to the sharing of your personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. California residents may request (no more than once per calendar year) information about our disclosure of certain categories of personal information to any third parties to whom we have disclosed certain personal information (as determined by California law) during the preceding year for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes. For all requests, you must put the statement “Your California Privacy Rights” in the body of your request, as well as your name, email address, street address, city, state, and zip code. In the body of your request, please provide enough information for us to determine if this applies to you. You need to attest to the fact that you are a California resident and provide a current California address for our response. Please note that we will not accept requests via the telephone or by facsimile, and we are not responsible for notices that are not labeled or sent properly, or that do not have complete information. We reserve the right to take appropriate action to confirm the request comes from the individual named. If you ask someone to make the request on your behalf, we will also take appropriate action to confirm the third party making the request for you is authorized by you to do so. Our servers are located in the United States.
