Creative Content Group is the brainchild of Goloka Bolte, a two-time Emmy® winning supervising casting director with over 22 years of experience in the entertainment business. The company has become a global unscripted TV casting machine with nearly 250 projects successfully completed in the last ten years alone. With satellite casting teams around the US, as well as in the UK, Spain, France, Israel, Mexico, Brazil, Japan, Germany and Australia, we can take on projects of any size, worldwide, and in any language.

Founder

Goloka started out at the age of 19 as an entrepreneur, launching and running an international luxury travel company. Her first foray into unscripted production was in 2003, when she was hired for season 2 of FOX’s mega-hit reality series Joe Millionaire. She’s since been nominated for 8 Emmy and 6 CSA Artios Awards. She won the Primetime Emmy® Award for Outstanding Casting for a Reality Program in 2020 and 2021, and the CSA (Casting Society of America) Artios award in 2023, 2024 and 2025.

Goloka is a storyteller and producer who is constantly finding innovative ways of unearthing undiscovered characters and telling their stories. Whether supervising major network game shows, crafting complex and exciting sizzles, or working directly with network executives to develop new series, her versatility, and eye for talent are unmistakable.

Outside of her work in television, she is an avid supporter of civil rights, social justice, and caring for the environment, as well as an occasional artist, and graphic and interior designer. She currently lives in Venice, CA and is stage mom to an ill-tempered but adorable Shihpoo, Ozzie, and his pesky little brother Manchego. Follow their adventures here.
